The Tremont Parent’s Club was founded in the 70’s to provide support and coordination for parents wishing to volunteer and show support at the schools.

Today, through various fundraising efforts, the Tremont Parent’s Club is able to offer students extracurricular activities and events such as Camp-Read-A-Lot, Snowflake and other educational based activities. The Club is also able to provide much needed supplies and educational materials to teachers and support staff that otherwise they would not be able to receive.

The Tremont Parent’s Club is also able to provide parents a central source in order to be connected and/or volunteer at events and activities happening at their child’s school.

All of this is possible solely because of the dedication and commitment that our parents and the community show towards our district and our students.

Grant Committee

Established in 2000, this commitee consists of 13 volunteer members representing all three school levels. Teacher's requests for educational programs, activities and/or materials, which are not available through existing funding sources, are reviewed and submitted by the Principal.

Technology Drive Committee
Chairman: Theresa Cutting 241.7731

Formed in 2010, this committee's primary goal is to drive the fundraising effort in order to provide new and update existing technology in all three schools.

Room Mothers
Coordinator: Michelle Runyon 241.1848

Sign up to be a room mother, for treats only or to be a lead room mother who communicates directly with the teacher to coordinate events such as holiday parties and other classroom sponsored activities.

Market Day
Coordinators: Andrea Errion 925.5627 and Diana Wiggins 925.2185

Monthly fundraising food order program offering resturant quality foods at highly competitive prices. Orders are placed online at www.marketday.com or by returning the order form to school. Orders are then picked up and paid for at the school.

All School Carnival
Coordinators: TPC Officers

Held in March, this event depends upon parental and community support for sucess. All parents from all three schools are encouraged to volunteer for this annual fundraising event. Funds raised from the school carnival are then redistributed back into our school network. This event provides primary funding for our Grant Committee.

All School Carnival Games Committee

Responsible for retaining sponsorship of Carnival Games in order to refubish and/or rebuild.

Scholastic Book Fairs

Events held at Grade School and Middle School to encourage reading. Great opportunity for our students, teachers and libraries to receive discounted and free materials.

Santa's Workshop

An annual event that requires a lot of help. Make holiday crafts all year long to be offered for sale to the youth of our community for their gift giving opportunities.

School Directory

A must for every family's home!! Sign up is required to be included in the helpful directory of all school students and events. This is a fundraiser for our club.

Grade School Yearbook

Tremont Grade School's year in review and a great keepsake! This annual publication contains administrative staff, faculty, support staff and student photos as well as club photos and fun collages of photos taken throughout the year.

General Mills Box Tops

Trim, trim, trim..these little squares! Turn them in and our school receives cash!

Tyson Labels
Coordinator: Dana Stuber 925.5765

Another fundraiser resulting in cash for our school! Look for the "Project A+" and send in the entire label for our committee to redeem.

Coat Drive
Coordinator: Tammy Jacquin 925.5331

A collection of new or slightly used and clea items, including winter coats, hats, boots, socks, snow clothes, gloves and scarves, infant, child and adult sizes. Clean out your closets and/or shop for sales to help needy children stay warm this winter!!

Wish Lists
Coordinator: Val Moore 925.4037

Our teachers are our biggest assets of our schools. School budgets and personal budgets prevent teachers from bing able to supply home items they "wish" they had for their classroom. Show appreciation by purchasing and sending items from their list. Check out the bulletin board at the Grade School or the Parent's Club website. Great idea for special occasions!!

Spirit Shirts
Coordinator: Christi Monroe 925.3112

A contest is held amongst the students to design a logo that expresses the school spirit. The winning design is used for the next year's spirit shirt and graces the cover of the yearbook. The Spirit Day schedule is included in the School Directory. Optionally, spirit shirts can be purchased throughout the year.
